R&T Private Wealth is an alliance between Regina Davern and Timothy Adams. We have recently celebrated a 5 year anniversary at our office in Docklands which is very convenient for clients coming from all sides of Melbourne. We have combined to form a boutique, highly skilled, personable and truly caring practice with a special focus on ensuring our clients are able to move into an active and enjoyable retirement.
We aim to empower our clients to be able to enjoy the travelling, caravanning or a 5 star cruise around the world, “whatever you really enjoy” while knowing that we are working behind the scenes with you to ensure that your money lasts for your lifetimes. We offer pro- active and strategic advice that you can trust. We feel that our clients are also our good friends. We aim to be the Advisers who become your trusted guides. The team at R&T Private Wealth will work to ensure that you can “sleep at night” through all the ups and downs of the markets.

Both Regina and Tim hold the strongest level of educational requirements and are both members of the Financial Planners Association (FPA).
Regina has been a fully qualified Financial Planner for over 25 years. She became very well known in the Hong Kong Australian “ex-patriate” community and the Chambers of Commerce for her informative presentation on “How to Retire in Australia and Pay No Tax”. Many of her Hong Kong clients are now living the dream retirement in Australia as clients of our practice. This global perspective and a focus on capital preservation is a combination that few financial planners can offer.
In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner, Tim is a fully qualified Accountant (CPA) and Property Valuer. He has now spent over 15 years combining financial planning and stock broking and is passionate about helping families grow their wealth with a special interest in self -managed superannuation funds (specialist adviser with the SMSF Association).
Together, this means our practice has over
40 years of experience.

Philanthropy
We are pleased to be sponsoring the Edmund Rice foundation that works with the impoverished and disenfranchised to liberate lives and educate and care for children in Kenya. Hopefully, together we will all be able to provide more financial aid to many worthy causes in the future.
St John’s Uniting Church Youth “Financial Literacy” programme
Regina has also been involved in teaching the youth of the Samoan community financial literacy. Many of these families have come to Australia from Samoa and are among the first generation of their families to aspire to careers that require further studies. Knowing how to save and budget are a start to enabling a greater level of financial security for their families. The wonderful choir community adds to the atmosphere of peace on Sundays and Regina is proud to be asked to assist.
Surf Life Saving
Tim has been a fully qualified and active surf life saver for many years. This has meant many rescues and saving beach goers from drowning. Australia has the most beautiful beaches but they can also be treacherous and this is a task that relies on volunteers like Tim who give of their time right through the summer months.
